AIB is hiring! We are seeking three Education Policy Analysts and one Financial Data Analyst to join our team.

Education Policy Analysts will serve as subject matter experts in one or more of the following policy areas: 

• Early Childhood Education

• College and Career Readiness

• Career and Technical Education

• Governance and Accountability

Qualified candidates should have six years or more experience in education and/or public policy, public administration, or related fields and/or experience in at least one of the policy areas listed above.

The Financial Data Analyst will evaluate Blueprint funding and expenditures, including local school systems. Qualified candidates should have six years or more experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, business/public administration or related fields with advanced proficiency in Excel.

Salary range for both the Education Policy Analyst roles & Financial Data Analyst role is $84,229 - $123,179/year plus benefits, with potential growth to $136,003/year.
