Advisory Committees
In order to closely involve as many interest holders from diverse geographic, economic, racial, ethnic, cultural and gender backgrounds who represent as many various life experiences and viewpoints as possible from across the State, the Board established advisory committees focused on each Blueprint pillar. Advisory committee members serve for two-year terms and student members serve one-year terms, and both have the opportunity to renew at the end of their terms. The AIB accepts applications for new advisory committee members annually in the summer based on term endings and vacancies.
Advisory Committees meet at least quarterly and often invite guests to share about pillar specific implementation. All Advisory Committee meetings are streamed on YouTube and the schedule and agendas can be found on the "Advisory Committee Meetings" page.
