Annual Reports​

In accordance with Education Article § 5-409(b)(3), the AIB submits an annual report on of before November 1 each year for Calendar years 2021 through 2030. These reports provide a detailed look at the progress of the Blueprint for Maryland's Future. 

Within these documents, you will find information on:

  •   How State and local agencies are carrying out their assigned roles
  •   ​The consistency of state and local funding with our estimates


Joint Chairmen's Report

The Joint Chairmen's Report is issued by the budget committees of the General Assembly and includes required reporting that agencies must respond to. These responses give the legislature critical information to evaluate budgets, policies, and inform future legislation.

The Managing for Results (MFR) ensures every agency sets measurable goals, tracks progress, and reports results so that we are accountable, transparent, and focused on outcomes.​
