LEA Implementation plan submissions vary in terms of what is required from LEAs. Below you will find the details of the required submissions, the submissions themselves, and the feedback provided to each LEA around the strengths and areas of growth in their respective plans. The AIB will be monitoring progress on the 2024-2027 plans through progress monitoring conferences with LEAs.​​ 2025 LEA submissions are currently under review by the AIB.​

*Note for 2025 submissions: The career ladder submissions include fully executed final agreements between LEAs and local education associations on the required elements of the career ladder. The AIB will post additional career ladder submissions as additional LEAs and local education associations enter into fully executed final agreements on the required elements.

The AIB has also released guidance documents for SY26-27 Level 4 Teacher Pilot Submissions, due on or before July 1st, 2026.
