AIB is hiring! We are seeking an Executive/Special Assistant to support the AIB and the Executive Director. In this role, you will manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate AIB Board meetings, and streamline communication and logistics across the organization.
Key Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, including cloud-based file management, shared calendars, and video conferencing setups.

Strong organizational skill sand the ability to handle multiple, concurrent, and high priority tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
Salary range: $87,253 - $112,878 (with potential growth to $137,603 /year).
