AIB is hiring! We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to oversee all fiscal operations, manage multi-year financial plans, and play a key role in the success of the Blueprint initiative. Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting + 5 years professional experience.
  • Experience with Maryland State systems (FMIS, BARS, ADPICS) is a plus.
  • Strong skills in financial reporting and internal controls.
Salary range: $104,519-$133,739 (with potential growth to $162,800/year)
